Procedure AddNull String propName

adds a strongly typed null value to this object

Usage:

Send AddNull of hoJSONObj "IsANull"

Notes:

when adding a value to a JSON object of type object the property name is required

when adding a value to a JSON object of type array the property name parameter is ignored
