Is there any possibility in VPE to mask pictures. I want to print square images on the printout, but my pictures are often are not square. Then, the shortest side should fit into the square and the part that does not fit into the sqare should be cut away. Preferably, the picture should be centered over the square so an euqal part is cut on each side. This behaviour can be programmed by covering the parts that should be cut with white rectangles, provided the picture shall be printed somewhere in the middle of the page. However, I want the pricture to cover the whole width of the page, and sometomes the whole width of small labels. For such cases I have not found any solution. At least in preview, VPE doesn't clip the printout at the margins, and it doesn't look good to cover parts outside the paper with white objects. What could be done?
