I have a customer that purchased a new Lenovo Notebook and is having printing problems. This compuer is the only one in the plant that can't print directly to a Cannon Imagewriter copier. To print they have the Imagewriter shared on another computer. This setup works for Word, Outlook and Winprint but not with VPE 3.6. They are running VDF 11.
The VPE report will preview or email ok but when the printer is selected and the print button pressed in the windows print dialog, the program closes or crashes with a promp to send an error message to Microsoft.
Any ideas?
