email button grayed?

Hi:

I have a customer that has been emailing reports for some time. Now she tells me the email button on the preview is grayed out. The problem is with only one workstation on the network because other users are not having any problems.

What would cause the email button to be grayed?

Generally the reason VPE grays the email button is that MAPI is not properly installed or set up
