Hi:
I have a customer that reloaded his computer and now the VPE email doesn't work. He has Outlook 2003, VPE 3.6, and VDF11.
I also have another customer that I upgraded to VDF 15 from 7.3 with VPE 3.6 and Outlook Express. The email button is grayed out and when clicked nothing happens.
What should I look at?

The problem with the VDF11 and VPE 3.6 customer was when the system was reloaded they didn't copy in the deploy file of "Vpdf3236.dll". On the VDF15 install the problem was the MAPI registry entry was missing.
